How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your user data by sending an email to our support team. Please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: 190appdevelopers1@gmail.com or info@apexza.org.
- Use the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion".
- In the body of the email, please include your full name and the email address or mobile number associated with your account. This is essential for us to verify your identity.
- Clearly state that you would like your data to be permanently deleted from our systems.
What Happens After Your Request?
Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity. Once verified, we will initiate the deletion of your data from our active databases. We will also remove any related information we may hold, such as usage logs and archives.
Please note that the complete deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.
Important Considerations
- Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Deleting your data will permanently remove your account and all associated information, including your user profile, settings, and any content you may have created or stored.
